He gained great experience in sales working in companies involved in design and delivery of services. From 1995 to 2000 he managed a network of 300 financial promoters operating throughout the country. In 2000, he served as Director of Sales for BMC Italia SpA and, at the end of the same year, started the design of a multimedia platform that would satisfy the needs of Operative Marketing through the use of SMS. After a period of testing and experimentation of that, in 2002 he became co-founder of Leader Mobile bringing the technologies and the marketing know-how that will become the core business of the company. He gained, in the Leader Mobile Organigram, the role of Head of Business Development by the acquisition of large accounts that by training of network Franchising.

Claudio Ippolito

Responsable International Franchising

After the Degree in Law at the University of Bari, he was Assistant to the Chair of Banking Law of the same university. At the same time, has exercised the forensic activities since 1996, when he began its journey in Marketing. At first, he served as Director of Sales of First Holding then passing in the Directorate Marketing of the same company. In 2000 he was appointed Managing Director of Training Italia SpA BMC and, in 2001, he served as Director of SPB Optical Video. At the latter company, involved in the production of CDs and DVDs, ages know-how necessary in the management of advanced tools for the dissemination of digital content. On the basis of this experience, in 2002, begins co-founder of Leader Mobile, with the position of Head of Strategic Marketing addressed to the development of solutions for mobile communications, for large customers and the expansion of the network franchise.

Massimo Ippolito

Financial Responsable

He graduated in Law, he gained a large experience in the field of luxury goods, managing finance and administration branch of the family company. In 20 years of business in luxury goods has worked with the most important manager of international groups such as Damiani, Rolex, Mont Blanc. He enriched his background with internships and courses in Marketing and Communication both in Italy and the United States. In 2004, acquires a major share of the corporate Leader Mobile and since 2006 he became finance director.
