What is Franchising?

The Franchising is a form of commercial cooperation between a company (Franchisor) and many entrepreneurs (Franchisee), legally and economically independents that have as subject the products and services distribution on a defined territory. The relationship between the parties is ruled by a contract through which,on a side, the franchisor allows the franchisee, with defined conditions, the use of its mark, of its commercial formula, of its operative know-how; on the other side, the franchisee commits to manage its activity with the same image of the franchisor, using his commercial policies, operating due to its operative and qualitative standards.

How can i be sure about the seriously of Franchisor?

The law that rules the franchising in italy (L. 29/2004), expects few rules, but very clear, that protect both the parties:

  1. MUST EXIST AT LEAST 2 SALE POINTS OF PROPERTY TO EXISTING 3 YEARS AND SERVICES THAT ARE PROPOSED FOR FRANCHISE THAT AIMS OR 3 SALE'S OPEN BY AT LEAST 2 YEARS.
  2. THE FRANCHISING CONTRACT MUST BE RELEASED AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE CONTRACT.
  3. MUST BE INDICATED IN A CLEAR WAY THE SALE POINTS OPENED IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
  4. MUST BE RELEASED ON REQUEST, THE TURNOVER OF AN OPERATIVE AGENCY.
  5. POINTS ARE SET TO PENALTY VOID OF CONTRACT AND REQUIRE THE RETURN OF AMOUNTS RECEIVED PLUS THE COMPENSATION OF DAMAGES.

What is the phase of training?

The initial training lasts for 4 days and consists of a Master organized at the headquarters of LEADER in which, as teachers, university professors and experts in technical sales. Then there are courses that allow monthly update to acquire the necessary operational powers for effective management of an agency LEADER.

It is also assigned an area of exclusive?

Each agency LEADER is assigned an area of exclusivity in which it will open a second agency (pv) LEADER.
